POSITION SUMMARY

YOUR PROFILE
- Experience: 4-7 years of graphic design experience, ideally within retail, branding, or design agencies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Design Skills: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with other design software is a plus.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, with an emphasis on retail or consumer-facing design.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you can present ideas clearly and are receptive to feedback.
- Creative Thinking: Innovative and proactive in your design approach, with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional work.
YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING ABILITIES
- Design Mastery: Expert knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Conceptual Development: Strong ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative directors, copywriters, marketers, and developers.
- Client Focus: Ability to understand and interpret client needs to deliver designs that exceed expectations.
- Adaptability: Able to adapt designs across a variety of media, including digital, print, and environmental graphics.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring design consistency and quality across all assets.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of addressing design challenges with creative solutions that align with brand strategies and objectives.
