Opportunity and concept

Cross Icon

Revolutionizing Retail Design for Dream Kitchens HTH Kitchens redefines the traditional kitchen store experience by creating inviting, inspiring creation studios fully integrated with cutting-edge digital tools and seamless omnichannel solutions. These studios empower customers to explore kitchen designs in a warm and engaging environment, with easy access to expert advice and an array of digital resources.

At HTH, customers can engage directly with kitchen consultants, gather inspiration from extended shelves, and effortlessly navigate personalized options using advanced configurators. These tools allow users to visualize and refine their ideal kitchen designs, saving their preferences as “sample cards” that can be stored online or in a physical folder, complete with notes, sketches, and price quotes. The process can continue from home, using 3D-printed modules or a 3D design tool, ensuring a flexible and enjoyable experience.

Result and impact

The innovative and welcoming atmosphere at HTH Kitchens has empowered customers to unleash their creativity and take control of the kitchen design process. The integration of digital solutions has also enabled HTH to open stores in high-traffic locations like shopping malls, thanks to smaller store footprints. This approach has proven to be a commercial success, boosting sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement across multiple Nobia EMEA brands.

Customers have fully embraced the new opportunities that make the kitchen-buying process more accessible and enjoyable. The seamless omnichannel experience, free of dead ends, combined with a warm and welcoming store environment, has made buying a kitchen less intimidating and significantly more fun.
